All sales are final.

Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of my products, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on patchwork hoodies or original paintings.

Each patchwork hoodie is individually handcrafted, and because clothing can be worn after purchase, I cannot accept returns or issue refunds. Likewise, every original painting is a unique piece of artwork and is final sale.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos so I can review the issue and work toward a fair solution.
